Dear Ardans,
 
We have added a new rule to 'help multiplaying' - #4 under the heading
of rules relating to alternate characters.  It goes like this:
 
4. The 'who' command is for the enjoyment of players who are online and
   actively playing the game.  Using it as a data mining tool to attempt
   to uncover alternate characters by logging in, checking who is online,
   and logging off is prohibited.  This also includes creating new chars
   for this purpose.
