There is an issue with Hotmail not accepting password reset mails
from the MUD.  Players should check what (if any) email they have
registered with the 'charinfo' command.  If you have a hotmail
address listed, then you should use the 'chfn' command and choose a 
new one to ensure that you can recover your password in the future.
